Letting your lettuce go to seed…

Hi Everyone,

Lettuce bolts too fast here in Hawaii, so we might as well take advantage of it! I had been throwing my bolting lettuce away, but recently I let it go to seed and collected the seed. That way I can have more lettuce in a few months….
