Hi Everyone,

I have been growing butterfly pea flowers now for maybe 5 years? They are easy to grow and very prolific. The flowers are edible and great in smoothies, salads, and to decorate other dishes. Some people like to drink the tea which I hear is medicinal as well. I made a video about growing them below:

I made a recent trip to Vegas, and I realize there still aren’t that many vegan places on the Strip….I did get to check out Crossroads Kitchen which is farther down on the strip. I had been to the one in L.A. years ago, and it was fantastic. I had a wonderful experience at this one too in Vegas. Check it out! I highly recommend a visit!

I’ve made videos before about vermicomposting. I have a video where my friend Brian shows us his worm factory and worm tea. I also made a video about starting a worm factory. This is an update regarding what the worm compost looks like! It is amazing for your plants, and so much easier than regular composting where you have to turn piles…

Tokyo is a bit more spread out than Kyoto and Osaka, but there are still a lot of restaurants for vegans there!
